What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Discover customers' needs and offer solutions through the employer's services or products
- Become an expert in product offerings and serve as a resource for clients

- Capture accurate measurements and confirm client product selections for follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of residential construction experience or 2 years of face-to-face sales experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to pass MVR screen
- Must obtain a salesperson license within sixty (60) days if required by local laws
- Commitment to safety requirements when visiting customers' homes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years' experience using selling CRM systems
- 2 years in-home or commission-based sales experience
- Licensure or certification as a Construction Supervisor
