What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, assign, evaluate, and distribute daily intake of service process documents and other litigation-related information
- Maintain and process all new and existing legal matters, including lawsuits and customer complaints
- Ensure accuracy and quality control by updating information in the company’s legal tracking and invoice reporting tools
- Perform clerical duties such as copying and scanning as needed
- Collaborate with the Intake Operations Team to support overall departmental functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate environment
- Familiarity with litigation fundamentals
- Associate Degree (or higher) in legal studies or equivalent experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker preferred
