      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct virtual presentations to articulate the benefits of traveling with the employer
      - Build rapport with prospective and/or current owners to generate sales
      - Maintain compliance with company policies and performance goals during sales presentations
      - Attend training sessions and stay updated on sales information, materials, and industry trends
      - Utilize effective closing techniques to initiate transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
      - Ability to maintain production standards and overcome objections within a luxury sales cycle
      - Must have or be able to obtain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license
      - General computer and smart device skills, including proficiency with Zoom

      - Familiarity with the hospitality industry and vacation ownership concepts
