      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls with financial advisors and licensed professionals
      - Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with external and internal sales teams
      - Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs while cross-selling ideas and introducing new concepts
      - Manage territory efficiently, ensuring maximum business performance and maintaining the CRM system
      - Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, seminars, and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business major preferred
      - Previous experience working with offshore teams
      - Business fluency in Spanish required; proficiency in Portuguese desirable
      - Internal wholesaling experience specific to the territory required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of financial/capital markets including mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs
      - Excellent presentation and organizational skills
      - Ability to maintain a high volume of proactive outbound sales activity
      - Willingness to travel quarterly within the territory and for partner conferences
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
