What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners through various communication channels, focusing on sales and service
- Assist with product information, registration, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
- Document and log owner interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping of complaints and resolutions
- Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to enhance training materials and processes
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and analyze data effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and web-based applications
- Ability to work effectively from home in a quiet, dedicated workspace
