What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners by addressing inquiries related to product information, registration, service, parts, and delivery
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and providing minor concessions
- Maintain and update owner records to log complaints, actions, and resolutions
- Proactively offer feedback to improve training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication with owners
- Proficiency in navigating web-based systems and multiple software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales role
- Familiarity with GE Appliances or similar home appliance products
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in a remote work setting
