      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
      - Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting and provide product information and registration support
      - Create, update, and retrieve owner records related to complaints and resolutions
      - Provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
      - Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues independently
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple applications
      - Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
