What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners with inquiries related to products, services, and sales
- Troubleshoot and resolve owner issues through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats
- Maintain accurate owner records and document interactions regarding complaints and resolutions
- Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to improve processes and training materials
- Adhere to safety policies and support other business functions as directed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based systems and applications
- Ability to effectively work from home in a dedicated workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and experience using various computer systems
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
