      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners focusing on sales and service inquiries
      - Assist with product information, registration support, and service-related questions
      - Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and provide minor concessions as needed
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
      - Adhere to safety policies while supporting various business functions as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and analyze data
      - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Proficient in verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with web-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite

      - Knowledge of GE Appliances or similar home appliance products
