What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners by addressing product information, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve owner issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve service processes
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to take charge, with knowledge of processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to research and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with navigating multiple web-based systems
