What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues, creating an outstanding service experience for GE Appliance consumers
- Take ownership of customer concerns, documenting all relevant facts and following resolution steps
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate solutions that benefit customers and GE Appliances
- Complete consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working from home
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls while managing multiple online applications
