What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues, advocating for consumers with internal departments

- Interact and coordinate with stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
- Complete consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Moderate to advanced computer skills for navigating multiple online applications
