What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully address consumer issues and implement solutions
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction prior to case closure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with excellent written and verbal skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and exceptional organizational abilities
