What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Verify and enter patient demographics, payer, and physician-related information accurately
- Assist customers with basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance
- Process tickets to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders and manage high volume inbound calls
- Educate patients and staff on CPAP supplies and maintain accurate records using the e-Intake system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background with effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet navigation
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
