      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
      - Manage all aspects of initial intake via high volume inbound phone calls
      - Verify and enter patient demographics, payer, and physician-related information
      - Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
      - Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - 1-3 years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong customer service background
      - Basic computer and internet skills
      - Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
      - Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
      - Knowledge of billing reimbursement and insurance policies and requirements
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
      - Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
