What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care solutions and assist in matching them with appropriate providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Achieve daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal CRM systems
- Completion of a new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
