      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, providing an exceptional experience
      - Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while adhering to an assigned schedule
      - Conduct detailed initial consultation calls with families to assess their needs
      - Educate families on customized senior care options and facilitate connections with appropriate communities or providers
      - Drive family engagement by scheduling tours and referrals to senior housing communities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center environment
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to talk on the phone and take notes simultaneously
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to navigate an internal CRM system
      - Successful completion of the new hire training program
