      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
      - Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while adhering to a scheduled shift
      - Conduct in-depth consultation calls with families to educate them on senior care options
      - Facilitate connections between families and senior housing communities or care providers
      - Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with customers and taking notes
      - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and capable of learning new CRM systems
      - Successful completion of the new hire training program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the senior care industry or familiarity with senior living options
      - Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions
      - Previous experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems
