What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options
- Manage inbound, pre-screened leads remotely, adhering to assigned work shifts
- Conduct in-depth consultations with families to understand their senior care needs
- Facilitate connections between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks by scheduling tours and driving move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Completion of new hire training program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the senior care industry or with similar advisory services
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting
