What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from existing owners to assist with vacation planning
- Book travel accommodations such as car rentals, airfare, and hotel reservations
- Provide recommendations based on customer interests and preferences
- Utilize travel software programs and systems effectively
- Build rapport with customers and offer additional services to meet their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service and sales experience
- Six months TRAVEL experience preferred
- Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs
- Ability to work a set schedule between 7:00am - 7:00pm CST Mon-Fri

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or travel industry
- Proficiency with Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan software
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
