What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls from prospects and make outbound follow-up calls to leads
- Connect with prospects to sell USCCA products, services, and memberships
- Accurately input customer information and process product orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience
- Confident, competitive, and dependable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer fluency and proficiency in software applications
- Demonstrates the core values of Delta Defense, LLC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fielding customer concerns by phone
