What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales calls, identify guest needs, and make travel recommendations
- Make follow-up outbound calls, overcome objections, and close sales
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive consumer loyalty
- Explain cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing details
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales role, particularly over the phone
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales KPI metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients
- Must provide a distraction-free workspace with stable internet and power source

- Previous experience with closing sales on the first call
- Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Teams, Outlook)
