- Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers
- Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month
- Navigate through multiple carrier systems to provide personalized quotes
- Close sales at a strong conversion rate from high inbound lead flow
- Foster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a Call Center
- Experience working in a high-volume call center
- Solid computer, IT, and systems experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish), not required
- Home internet connection (cable, fiber or DS) from a major ISP with min 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload speeds
