What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue through consultative sales
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls to educate families on senior care options
- Serve as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks for inbound and outbound calls using an ACD phone system
- Schedule tours for families to senior living communities to drive move-ins

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in high-volume inside sales or inbound phone sales
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking ability, including talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to navigate an internal CRM system
- Successful completion of the new hire training program
