What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and match them with appropriate communities or providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks by scheduling tours for families to drive move-ins

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to successfully complete a new hire training program
