What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the company's mission
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while adhering to an assigned work schedule
- Conduct thorough initial consultation calls with families to assess their needs
- Educate families on tailored senior care options and facilitate connections with appropriate communities or care providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers to ensure smooth transitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of the new hire training program
