      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and confirm attendance for prospective patients seeking dental consultations
      - Manage a high volume of inbound leads with timely follow-up to facilitate productive conversations
      - Utilize persuasive communication skills to motivate patients toward their dental health journey
      - Multitask effectively while managing lead tracking, scheduling, and follow-up
      - Prioritize a customer-centric approach to enhance patient experience and satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior direct B2C sales experience in door-to-door, phone sales, or in-person direct sales
      - Basic tech literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
      - Availability for at least 30 hours a week, Monday to Saturday with flexible scheduling

      - Experience in a sales role within the healthcare or dental industry
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling and lead management systems
