      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and confirm free, in-office consultations for prospective patients
      - Manage a high volume of inbound leads with timely follow-ups to foster productive conversations
      - Utilize persuasive communication to motivate patients in their dental health journey
      - Handle multiple tasks such as lead tracking, scheduling, and follow-up with excellent time management
      - Maintain clear communication and a customer-centric approach throughout the patient experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior direct B2C sales experience, including door-to-door, phone, or in-person sales
      - Basic tech literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter
      - Availability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with potential optional Saturdays

      - Proven ability to overcome objections and address patient concerns effectively
