What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple technology systems and multitask
- Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to submit/pass a background check
