What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Present the value of pet insurance policies, emphasizing benefits over price
- Overcome objections and concerns with confidence and empathy to build trust
- Accurately enroll pets in policies, ensuring all necessary information is documented
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert them into opportunities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance
- Active Property and Casualty license preferred
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
