- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to actively listen and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Strong objection handling skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance
- Active Property and Casualty license preferred
