What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions
- Present the value of pet insurance policies and guide customers through the enrollment process
- Overcome objections and concerns to build trust and ensure successful enrollments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer environment
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance
- Positive attitude and adaptability with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
