      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales experience preferred, particularly in vacation ownership, call center, or marketing environments
      - Experience in commission-based roles preferred
      - Strong verbal communication skills with excellent voice tonality and inflection
      - Proficiency with technology including email, messaging platforms, and web-based applications
      - Demonstrated ability to follow structured sales processes and handle objections professionally
