      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and administer short-term incentive programs, including plan design changes and employee education
      - Build relationships with leadership and HR partners to enhance the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs
      - Analyze historical incentive compensation payment data to ensure equitable transitions to new compensation structures
      - Develop and deliver communications regarding changes in incentive compensation design to employees and managers
      - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
      - Minimum of 5 years of related total reward experience
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate management information
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint
      - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compensation pay systems
      - Familiarity with HRIS applications such as ADP, Oracle, SAP, or Workday
      - Strong team-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
      - Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
      - Experience in communicating effectively under pressure
