There has been a recent explosion of startups producing AI developer tools and APIs to facilitate writing code, incorporating speech AI into products, MLOps, and much more. We are looking for a Startups Partner Manager to join NVIDIA Inception, a program that supports startups developing applications using GPUs. This business development role is for someone who believes that artificial intelligence, deep learning, and data science bring a new computing revolution and have the potential to positively transform our world! We're looking for someone that's passionate about building and driving partnerships with startups to grow adoption of NVIDIA platforms across the startup ecosystem.

This position will be responsible for managing high-touch relationships with the top AI developer tools startups in the US and Canada. This includes a variety of activities, such as recruiting startups to join Inception, enabling startups to efficiently use NVIDIA technology, facilitating proof of concept or product design work, marketing, and selling Inception partner solutions through our global network. You will work closely with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Inception, Solutions Architecture, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruit new startups to join NVIDIA Inception program and engage with existing Inception program members

• Provide Inception members with content and tools to educate them on NVIDIAs solutions and platforms

• Identify and develop ways to drive the adoption of NVIDIA solutions by Inception members

• Partner with various NVIDIA technology partners and identify areas of collaboration. Identify complementary technologies needed to build complex solutions using our GPU computing platforms

• Execute go-to-market execution w/ cross functional teams

• Collaborate with developer relations managers and account managers to develop joint solutions with industry software vendors (ISVs) to drive growth

• Report on key business metrics to show growth opportunities

• Generate reports of technology trends and market analysis

What we need to see:

• BS/MS or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of developer relations or business development experience in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, or platform ecosystem

• Strong understanding of AI developer audience and AI developer tools and APIs

• An affinity for technology and technical subjects

• Strong leadership skills, self-starter. Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction.

• A can-do attitude, high energy with leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex concepts in a fast paced environment

• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

• Curious, creative, and constantly thinking about how to improve processes.

• Strong project management and organization skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in a successful startup (especially related to AI developer tools) or exit

• Experience in successfully building strategic partnerships and a versatile ISV ecosystem, particularly in AI

• Working knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or data science, in a business development, management, or alliances capacity.

• Domain expertise in Generative AI, Conversational AI, MLOps, and/or other recent AI technologies

The base salary range is 216,000 USD - 333,500 USD.
