      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Incident Command Post (ICP) staff with administrative and data entry tasks
      - Support Facilities Unit Leader with facility management responsibilities
      - Aid Supply Unit Leader in inventory management and resource distribution
      - Provide operational support to the Operations Section Chief or Shelter Management
      - Assist the Logistics Section Chief with transportation and warehouse operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field preferred, but not required
      - Candidates without a Bachelor's Degree may substitute one year of relevant work experience for each year of required education
      - Completion of Incident Command System (ICS) training, including FEMA courses: IS-100.c, IS-200.b, IS-700.b, IS-800.c
      - Experience working for a government agency in a first responder capacity or as a recent college graduate in related fields
      - Must maintain readiness to deploy within 12 hours of activation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong memory for detail, leadership qualities, and sound judgment
      - Capable of extended 12-hour shifts, including after-hours
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in diverse formats
      - Professional interpersonal skills including effective listening and non-verbal communication
      - Adherence to business ethics, integrity, and compliance with all regulations
