      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage in B2B or B2C sales, utilizing diverse methods such as tele sales, face-to-face interactions, and virtual selling
      - Work as an independent commission-only agent, focusing on appointment setting and closing deals
      - Collaborate with a team as part of planned deployments to enhance sales efforts
      - Maintain a verifiable track record of success in sales roles
      - Participate in licensing and merchandising agreement deals to maximize earnings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a sales role (B2B or B2C)
      - Strong background in various sales methods, including independent representation, agency work, or running a business
      - Proven ability to increase earnings with a successful sales history
      - Willingness to work as an independent agent under a commission structure
      - Availability to participate in team deployments as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with full sales cycle preferred, but not mandatory
      - Familiarity with appointment setting, closing, SDR, AE, and BDR roles
      - Previous involvement in diverse sales experiences, such as affiliate marketing or party planning
      - Strong determination to achieve high earnings and success in a startup environment
      - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales landscape
