CEG is recruiting for motivated and dependable individuals who have backgrounds in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and/or Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), based on the ASTM standards.

We are looking for independent 1099 contractors across the United States.

Requirements:
· 5 years minimum of experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) or Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for field inspectors and writers.
· 7 years minimum of experience in ESA’s and/or PCA’s for reviewers.
· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
