What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and investigate compliance and fraud transaction monitoring alerts
- Prepare and file suspicious activity reports as necessary
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on corporate and trade pro customers
- Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations
- Participate in regulatory examinations and special projects as directed by Compliance Management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years working in a compliance analyst role at a financial institution or Money Services Business (MSB)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in AML investigations, customer due diligence, and SARs preparation and filing
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance)
- Understanding of BSA/AML compliance and risks associated with an MSB
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ACAMS certification
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Japanese language skills (verbal and written) a plus
- Experience in Fintech or at a virtual currency company
