What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding offered trainings
- Participate in the development of new courses and updates to existing courses
- Collaborate with the team to find solutions for complex courses or materials
- Maintain communication with the Vice President/GM and/or Sales Team
- Possibly travel domestically to training locations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience conducting training classes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Leadership skills to provide direction to a class
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results on time
- Auditing experience with relevant and current standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms
- Subject Matter expert-level experience with one or more Management Systems or a similar arena

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in applicable management systems, regulatory or compliance, or similar job positions
- Current audit experience with relevant standards
- Qualifications specified in AS9104/3A for Aerospace
