- Review assignments by speaking with owners or representatives, researching records, and inspecting property

- Identify potential damages and communicate findings with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1+ year of field claims experience, including auto claims
- Experience using electronic estimating platforms such as Mitchell, CCC, or Audatex
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- I-CAR Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous auto estimating experience
- Familiarity with Mitchell, CCC, or Audatex
