      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gain market share through customer and prospect development

      - Manage all business expenses, including travel to facilitate sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience
      - Strong business and financial acumen
      - Demonstrated success in developing new business and maintaining customer relationships
      - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and customers
      - Must be highly disciplined and self-motivated with personal accountability for success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
      - Experience in consultative sales or B2C environments
      - Previous experience in hiring and managing sales staff
