What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of USD100mn or higher
- Develop data-driven methodologies to score and rank deals, including pre-IPO company tearsheets and fundamental research
- Provide pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights, along with post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews
- Deliver high-touch service for select institutional clients, including market intelligence and bespoke notes
- Maintain open communication with clients through email, messaging, and direct calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Proven ability to write comprehensive research reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing high-touch client services and bespoke research
- Strong understanding of market intelligence and pre-deal positioning
