What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of USD 100 million or higher
- Utilize a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
- Conduct pre-IPO fundamental research and provide valuation and pricing insights
- Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients, including pre-deal market intelligence and bespoke notes
- Provide post-deal analysis, including lock-up expiry trades and trading summaries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Proven experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Strong ability to write and present research findings effectively
- Familiarity with pre-IPO and post-IPO analysis and trading strategies
- Proficient in Excel modeling and data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IPO deal structuring and management meeting preparation
- Established relationships with institutional investors and asset managers
- Knowledge of market trends and insights in the equity capital markets
- Ability to provide high-level market intelligence and strategic insights
