What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of USD 100 million or higher
- Develop data-driven methodologies to score and rank IPO deals
- Create pre-IPO company tearsheets and fundamental research
- Provide insights into valuation, pricing, and post-IPO trading summaries
- Offer high-touch services for select institutional clients, including market intelligence and bespoke notes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Proven experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Strong ability to write comprehensive research reports
- Familiarity with pre-IPO and post-IPO processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with institutional asset managers or in a similar research role
- Established connections within the investment community
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of IPO market trends and dynamics
- Strong presentation skills for client interactions
