What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD 100 million or higher
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to score and rank deals
- Conduct pre-IPO company tearsheets, fundamental research, and valuation insights
- Provide high-touch services for select institutional clients, including pre-deal and post-deal support
- Maintain direct communication with clients via email, messaging, and calls, ensuring their research needs are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Proven experience and established network within US equity capital markets
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research
- Ability to effectively analyze and interpret financial data
- Proficient in creating Excel models for financial analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IPOs and direct listings in the US market
- Established relationships with institutional investors
- Familiarity with market intelligence and positioning strategies
- Ability to craft bespoke notes for pre-IPO and cornerstone stakes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
