What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of USD 100 million or higher
- Develop a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
- Produce pre-IPO company tearsheets and fundamental research
- Provide insights on pre-IPO valuation, pricing, and post-IPO trading summaries
- Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients, including pre-deal market intelligence and post-deal lock-up expiry trades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Proven ability to write research effectively
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel modeling and financial analysis
- Established relationships within the investment community
- Familiarity with the IPO process and regulatory considerations
- Previous experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced research environment
- Understanding of market trends and investor behavior
