What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of USD100 million or higher
- Develop a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
- Conduct pre-IPO company tearsheets, fundamental research, and valuation insights
- Provide post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews
- Deliver high-touch service for select institutional clients, including pre-deal and post-deal support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 years+)
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Proven ability to write comprehensive research reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with institutional asset managers
- Familiarity with advanced Excel modeling techniques
- Established relationships within the US equity capital markets
- Experience in high-stakes IPO analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of market intelligence and positioning strategies
