Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

- Meet individual sales, revenue, and customer experience targets
- Explain and demonstrate product capabilities, offering suggestions based on customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Execute promotions and campaigns to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives
- Maintain a well-merchandised, clean, and visually appealing sales area

Qualifications:

Minimum:

- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 1 or more years of experience in sales or retail sales preferred
- Ability to meet sales and customer experience targets
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Computer literacy and ability to learn communication products and services
- Reliable transportation and ability to work at various retail locations

Preferred:
