What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct preliminary interviews and provide clients with tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new prospects
- Engage in ongoing customer maintenance and communication to generate new sales leads
- Monitor the competitive landscape and share insights with marketing and sales teams
- Maintain a current Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License or obtain one within 30 days of hire
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Underwriting
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of health insurance and its application to member utilization
